- Toss all ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate in an airtight container up to 3 days. Makes about 6 cups.
- Deep-fry Chicken Katsu in vegetable oil at 375°F until golden brown and crisp, about 7 minutes; drain on paper towel-lined sheet pan.
- Place Chicken Katsu atop Daikon, Carrot & Red Cabbage Slaw, drizzle with Tonkatsu Sauce and sprinkle with scallions and sesame seeds.
