- Whisk all ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate in an airtight container up to 6 days. Makes about 1 cup.
For serving
- Spread bottom roll with Black Bean-Chipotle Spread.
- Deep-fry Chicken Katsu in vegetable oil at 375°F until golden brown and crisp, about 7 minutes; place on bottom bun.
- Top with Pico de Gallo, cheese, avocado, jalapeño (if using), Habanero Mayo and top half of roll.
