It is important to think about your interior décor and atmosphere. How can you create your interior setting to uplift the mood and transform your entire dining room into a dreamlike environment? Candles, low lighting, flowers, red napkins, rose petals, or soft music will also add to the ambiance and make the experience memorable for your guests. Dinner table decorations should be subtle, refined, and not get in the way of conversation or eating. Create a diagram of your floor plan layout with entrance, exit, kitchen flow, tables, chairs, and if applicable outside dining floor plan. Maximize your space to include as many tables for two. How to best package your Takeout and Delivery: we help ensure your food arrives at its destination in the same condition as it leaves your restaurant. Tips for perfectly packaging your take-out and delivery:

Hot / Cold

Separate hot and cold items. Use different compartments or delivery bags based on product temperature. This showcases your thoughtfulness and integrity of your menu items. Good packaging will help control temperature and ensure customer satisfaction.

Placement

Test your take-out packaging, place your top-selling items and beverage in your current packaging. Close the take-out bags and boxes as if it was ready for pick-up. Set it on the counter and let it sit for at least 20 minutes. Open it up and make a judgment call on the quality. Is it fresh? Do you see room for improvement? Consider making adjustments to your packaging or menu item. Be sure to use perforated sections on the packaging for ventilation to allow steam and moisture to escape. 6 lb. Baker’s Source Fudge Brownie Mix

In the bowl of a mixer, combine the brownie mix and water.

20 oz. water

Using a paddle, mix on low for 30 seconds. Scrape down bowl and paddle, and mix on low for 30 seconds longer. Pour batter into greased sheet pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 20 minutes.

Let the brownies cool. Scoop 1 ounce of brownie and roll into balls. Place in a cooler for 15 minutes to firm. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave until smooth. Using a fork, dip brownie balls into melted chocolate and set on a parchment-lined sheet pan. To garnish, sprinkle with rock sugar or dehydrated berries. Place in cooler for 15 minutes to firm up.
