Heat oil in a sauté pan over medium-high heat.
Add bacon; cook until crisp, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add a portion of corn; cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the Plant Based Veggie Pasta – Rotini and the reserved pasta water; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in the cheese. Serve pasta sprinkled with cracked black pepper, fresh parsley and basil.
