Mu Shu Chicken Pizzas

1. Combine Sysco Imperial Shredded Chicken Tenderloin, garlic, ¼ cup hoisin sauce, soy sauce and ginger in a bowl. Makes about 1 cup.

To Serve

1. Stretch dough into 12 x 16-inch oval; place on cornmeal-dusted pizza peel. Brush dough with oil; top with hoisin sauce, cheese, cabbage, mushrooms and Mu Shu Chicken.
2. Slide pizza into deck oven or onto preheated pizza stone; bake at 500°F until bottom is browned, about 8 minutes. Cut into 8 slices; garnish with green onions.
