- In a large hot sauté pan add the butter and the Orange Gochugaru.
- Place the Pearled Couscous and begin stirring to coat with butter and seasoning, cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Last add the pumpkin seeds and dried cranberries continue to cook for 1-2 minutes.
- To plate place 1 ½-2 cups in a bowl and sprinkle with Thai basil.
