Directions
- For the fish, deep fry the 4–6 fish filets until 145°F internal temperature. Reserve hot.
- For the garnish, slice the tomatoes and prep all other garnishes.
- For the plate, toast bun and spread tartar sauce on both top and bottom bun. Place the fried rock fish on the bottom bun and top with romaine.
