Ingredients for Doner Patty
Mise en Place for produce:
Slice tomatoes and shave red onions set aside
- Smash patty ball into ½” thickness and season both sides with salt and pepper. Grill to customer's desired level of doneness on either flattop griddle or charbroiler.
While the patty is cooking, toast the bun, cook the fries until golden brown, and begin the burger build:
Shaved Red Onion
- Once the patty has reached the desired level of doneness, place the patty on top of vegetables. Top with fries, feta cheese crumbles, and Turkish yogurt sauce.
Directions for Lamb & Beef Doner Patty
- Blend equal parts Fire River Farms ground beef and Sysco Imperial Ground Lamb
