- Remove the top blade with Montreal steak seasoning. Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side (adjust grill time based on doneness preferences). Remove from the grill and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Put the shredded potatoes into a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Slice the top blade and put into one side of a large take out container. Scoop the cheesy shredded potatoes into the other side of the container.
