- To make the avocado aioli in a bowl, mash the avocado flesh and use the juice and zest of 1/2 lemon and mix with the mayo. Taste for seasoning and adjust if needed. Set aside.
- Cook the Beef Bacon until desired crispness and set aside.
- Butter both sides of the bun and toast.
- To build the B.B.L.A.T., spread some of the aioli on the bottom bun, stack your Beef Bacon, layer with the lettuce and roasted tomatoes, add more aioli, then place the top bun.
