- Fry .25 oz. of pork skins then season with salt and pepper or any custom seasoning and reserve.
- Toast 2 slices of Texas toast and reserve.
- Heat 8 oz. of pork and add additional BBQ sauce if desired.
- Assemble by placing one slice of toast then seasoned skins, BBQ pork and top with another slice of Texas toast. Serve with baked beans and coleslaw.
