- Whisk all ingredients except carrots in a bowl; add carrots and toss.
- Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 6 days. Makes about 1 cup.
For Serving
- Cook 1 sausage on flat-top griddle over medium heat until deeply charred and internal temperature reaches 160°F, turning once.
