- In a sauté pan, add the butter and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes and then add shrimp and clams.
- Cook until the clams are open. Set aside.
- In a different sauté pan, toast the saffron and add the heavy cream. Reduce until smooth.

- Combine the pasta, sauce and seafood. Garnish with edamame and serve.
