Directions for the Antipasto Misto

1. Thinly slice the prosciutto, genoa salami, sopressata, capicola, mortadella , fresh mozzarella, parmigiano Reggiano, then arrange as desired on serving dish.
2. Serve with red roasted peppers, kalamata olives, goat cheese stuffed peppadew, seasoned grilled ciabatta crostini

Directions for the Grilled Ciabatta Crostini

1. Lightly brush desired amount of thinly sliced ciabatta bread with 1/3 of the E.V. olive oil, season with salt & pepper and grill till lightly toasted (looking for grill marks).
