Directions for the Antipasto Misto
- Thinly slice the prosciutto, genoa salami, sopressata, capicola, mortadella , fresh mozzarella, parmigiano Reggiano, then arrange as desired on serving dish.
- Serve with red roasted peppers, kalamata olives, goat cheese stuffed peppadew, seasoned grilled ciabatta crostini
Directions for the Grilled Ciabatta Crostini
- Lightly brush desired amount of thinly sliced ciabatta bread with 1/3 of the E.V. olive oil, season with salt & pepper and grill till lightly toasted (looking for grill marks).
