- Prepare cornbread according to package directions.
- Roast sausage in the oven at 350˚F for 5-8 minutes.
- To plate, line a small rectangular serving tray with butcher paper. Slice sausage on a bias and place onto tray. Portion ½ cup coleslaw in a paper boat and put to the side of sausage along with a ramekin of barbecue sauce.
