- Heat the Sysco Simply Plant Based Bolognese in a small pot over medium heat.
- Add a layer of Imperial Fresh eggplant that has been sliced and cooked. Then add on top about ½ c. of the heated vegan Bolognese spread along this base layer, along with the vegan parmesan. Repeat this process.
- Once top layer has been applied, garnish with red pepper flakes, additional vegan parmesan, and basil as desired.
