- In a pot, add the extra virgin olive oil; mix in the garlic, carrots, and onions and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the Bolognese and cook for 4 additional minutes. Then, add the marinara sauce and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Use the pasta sheets to cover the bottom of the dish/pan. Cover the sheets with a layer of marinara sauce and vegan cheese. Continue making layers until the pan is full.
- Bake the lasagna for 15 minutes.
