Crispy Peri-Peri Spiced Bang-Bang Shrimp tossed with a creamy sweet chili Peri-Peri Aioli.
- Combine sweet chili sauce, mayonnaise, and 1 Tbsp of Imperial Peri Peri Seasoning in a medium bowl. Set aside.
- Place milk and flour in separate bowls. Add remaining 2 tsp of Imperial Peri Peri Seasoning to flour and stir to combine. Soak shrimp in milk and then coat with seasoned flour. Dredge shrimp in milk then flour 2 times for a more crispy shell on the shrimp.
- Heat 1 inch of oil in a large skillet until hot. Add shrimp in batches and cook on each side until golden and cooked through.
- Pour sauce over hot shrimp and toss until evenly coated. Serve hot.
