Peri Peri Bang Bang Shrimp

1. Combine sweet chili sauce, mayonnaise, and 1 Tbsp of Imperial Peri Peri Seasoning in a medium bowl. Set aside.
2. Place milk and flour in separate bowls. Add remaining 2 tsp of Imperial Peri Peri Seasoning to flour and stir to combine. Soak shrimp in milk and then coat with seasoned flour. Dredge shrimp in milk then flour 2 times for a more crispy shell on the shrimp.
3. Heat 1 inch of oil in a large skillet until hot. Add shrimp in batches and cook on each side until golden and cooked through.
4. Pour sauce over hot shrimp and toss until evenly coated. Serve hot.
