- Make a simple Syrup from 3-oz of sugar and 1 oz of water. Roll the whole peach in the syrup until well coated. Then roll the peach in the Cinnamon sugar mixture until thoroughly coated.
- Take 1 2-oz square of puff pastry dough and roll it out to double its size. Wrap the peach in the dough and egg wash the pastry.
- Bake in a 385*F oven 10 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Garnish with Caramel Sauce and Powdered Sugar. Serve right from the oven. Enjoy.
