Brisket Burnt Ends Sausage with Sea Salt & Pepper Fries

1. Split pretzel bun open, add Swiss cheese and then toast in oven for 1-2 mins, or until cheese is melted.
2. Sear the sausage on a flat top, sauté pan or grill until desired color is achieved and sausage is heat thoroughly. Place in bun on top of cheese.
3. Add the 1000 island dressing. Top with sauerkraut and pickled mustard seeds. Add skewered cornichon on top.
4. Deep fry battered fries until golden & crispy. Serve on side with sausage dog.
