- Place buttered side down on a griddle over medium heat until lightly toasted, about 3 minutes.
- Flip bagel halves; spread bottom half with mayonnaise.
- Top with tomatoes, bacon and Sharp American Premium Slices; cover and cook until cheese melts, about 3 minutes.
