Frank’s RedHot® Pumpkin Spice Wings

A fall flavor appetizer with the perfect balance of flavor and heat.

Need to work some Pumpkin Spice into your appetizer menu? Of course you do! When a latte just isn’t cutting it, bring the perfect balance of flavor and heat® to add this fall flavor trend to wings for a tasty treat patrons will dare to order.

Ingredients

Directions

Prep

  1. Steam chicken wings until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached. Cool completely, cover, and hold refrigerated for service.

Cooking

  1. Set fryer to 375°F. For each serving, toss 1 pound of wings with 2 tablespoons of cornstarch until well coated. Fry until golden brown.
  2. While wings are frying, place Frank's Redhot Seasoning, spices, salt and maple syrup in a large stainless bowl. Whisk to incorporate.
  3. 4. Drain wings and place into the large bowl with spice mixture. Toss to coat. Serve hot alongside desired accompaniments.

Chef’s Tip: Want a little more heat? Sprinkle with additional RedHot Original Seasoning before serving!
