- Combine bacon jam with mayonnaise and mix well. Set aside.
- Fry chicken breast fillet and onion rings at 350˚F in the deep fryer according to instructions.
- Butter and toast brioche bun.
- Spread 2 ounces of aioli on the bottom of the bun. Build sandwich with shredded lettuce, red onion, tomatoes, and pickles on the bottom, followed by the chicken breast fillet and top bun.
- Plate and serve with onion rings.
