Homemade Hot Chocolate

1. Place milk, cream and vanilla in sauce pan and bring to a simmer.
2. Add chocolate cocoa powder to hot mixture and stir to incorporate well. Add sugar and stir. Remove from heat.
3. Poor hot cocoa mixture into hot cups, garnish with whip cream and serve.
