To add complexity and texture, this dish can also be made by roasting the carrots. Toss carrots with oil and roast until tender and slightly charred. Reduce water, orange juice, honey, Imperial Salt Free Garlic & Herb seasoning, and salt in a small sauce pan until becomes a glaze. Toss roasted carrots in glaze and serve.
- Place water, carrots, and olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Cook, uncovered, until carrots are tender, about 10 minutes.
- Add honey, orange juice, Imperial Salt Free Garlic & Herb seasoning, and salt to skillet.
- Cook until liquid has reduced to a glaze, stirring frequently, about 4-5 minutes. Serve warm.
