- Toss the garbanzos with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast in the oven for 10 minutes at 350°F then set aside when done.
- Clean and pick the leaves off the herbs. In a bowl, toss them lightly with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1/2 of a lemon juiced, then season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Spread the hummus on the flatbread. Top with chopped olives and sprinkle with feta cheese, then drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and bake in the oven for 6-8 minutes at 400°F.
- Flatbread should be baked until toasted and crispy. Once done, take out of the oven and lay your herb salad on top, sprinkle with roasted garbanzos, cut, and serve. Optional garnish can be a light dusting of Sysco Imperial Peri Peri spice.
