French fries are going upscale. A zesty sauce made with lemon and oregano adds zip and contrast to savory Sysco french fries. Serve these as a starter, side or sharable bar snack.

Directions

For the Peri Peri Fries

  1. In a bowl, combine the paprika, ground ginger, ground cardamom, granulated garlic, granulated onion, cayenne pepper and salt.
  2. Fry the french fries according to package directions and then drain. Toss the hot fries with the honey, sesame seeds and spice mix.
  3. Garnish with the green onions and serve with the lemon-oregano sauce.
