For the Sauce:

Directions

For the Sauce:

Makes about 1 cup.

  1. Whisk all sauce ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium-high heat until just boiling.
  3. Reduce heat to medium low and simmer until slightly thickened, about 20 minutes.
  4. Refrigerate in an airtight container up to 6 days.

For the Wraps:

  1. Brown the meat crumble in the pan and add 1/2 of the sauce. Cook until incorporated.
  2. Fill lettuce leaves with crumble mixture.
  3. Top with scallions, shaved cabbage, red pepper, carrots, shaved radish, cilantro, mint, chopped peanuts and toasted sesame seeds.
  4. Drizzle with sweet ponzu glaze.
