  1. Toss the garbanzo beans with the Peri Peri seasoning and oil and place in a pan.
  2. Oven roast the garbanzo beans for 20 minutes at 400°F. Once completed, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread out on a sheet pan to get to room temperature. Once they cool down, you can store for up to 1 week at room temperature.
