Ingredients

11/2 LB Salt & Pepper Pollock Bites

1/4 cup sliced Pepper Jalapeno Fresh

1/2 cup Carrots Matchstick Shredded

1/4 cup sliced Cucumber English Medium Seedless 12 Count

1/4 cup Onion Red Jumbo Bag

As garnish Cilantro Cleaned, Washed & Fresh Herb

2 each Bun Bratwurst Pretzel Sliced 2.6 Ounce Vegan

3 Tbsp Sauce Chili Sweet

2 bags Chip Potato Original Kettle

Directions

For the vegetable garnish, assemble and prep all the vegetables place in a bowl and toss with Thai chili sauce, and set aside.
For the pollock bites, deep fry for 4-5 minutes at 350, drain well and reserve hot.
For the pretzel bun, toast in the oven for 2 minutes.
For the Bánh Mì, load the bun with the vegetables and top with 4-5pieces of pollock bites. Serve with chips.
