For Gochujang Mayonnaise
- In a small bowl, stir mayonnaise and gochujang.
- Cover and refrigerate up to 5 days.
- Grill 1 link over medium-high heat 6 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F, turning frequently.
- Serve link in bun topped with 1/8 cup each carrot ribbons and kimchi; drizzle with 1 tablespoon Gochujang Mayonnaise.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
