- Toast your bun.
- Portion 2 ounces beef add salt n pepper then smash. While this is happening warm up your birria beef.
- Once nice crust is developed on your burger, flip and add cheese.
- Once finished add burger to bun, top with birria beef, pickled onions, cilantro and top bun. Reserved some consome for dipping.
