- Cut Smoked Cheddar Chees into 3/4 inch Cubes. For Manchego cheese, slice the waxy rind off and slice into 1.5 x 3/4 inch slices at 1/4 inch thickness. Set Cheeses aside.
- To assemble the skewers, skewer 1 olive first until it reached the top of the skewer leaving approximately 1 inch of the skewer bare. Follow with 1 dried apricot, 1 gherkin, 1 piece of the Mini Brie, 1 piece of rolled up salami, Coppa, peppered Salami, and finally a 1/4 piece of prosciutto.
- To assemble the cones, open up the paper cone and add the charcuterie skewer, Flatbread Cracker, and Sesame Breadstick. Sprinkle in the Marcona Almonds followed by the Smoked Cheddar and Manchego Cheese. Garnish with a half sprig of Rosemary.
