For chicken nugget lovers looking for a meat alternative, Raised & Rooted™ Nuggets Made With Plants are a crispy, golden, tempura-battered plant-based solution. These soy-free pea protein nuggets deliver a satisfying crunch when biting into the meat-like interior that offers a mouthwatering texture which customers are familiar with, yet they are made entirely with plant-based ingredients.

For Serving

Directions

Yogurt Ranch

  1. Whisk all ingredients in a medium bowl. Refrigerate in an airtight container up to 1 week. Makes about ¾ cup.

Hand-Cut Fries

  1. Cut potatoes into ½-inch thick fries on mandoline or by hand, placing in ice bath as they are cut. Rinse and drain twice with cold water; pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Blanch in deep fryer at 320°F for 5 minutes; cool completely. Refrigerate in an airtight container up to 6 days.

For serving

  1. Bake Nuggets Made With Plants at 400˚F until crisp, about 10 minutes.
  2. Deep-fry potatoes at 375˚F until golden brown, about 4 minutes; drain and toss with salt and pepper in a bowl. Serve topped with Yogurt Ranch and BBQ Sauce, if desired.
