3 cheese enchiladas

6 ounces chili pork verde

2 tablespoons Imperial Fresh Pico de Gallo salsa

2 tablespoons Cotija cheese loaf

Imperial Fresh cilantro as needed for garnish

Directions

For the enchiladas, place the tempered cheese enchiladas in an oven safe pan and top with the chili pork verde. bake for 15 minutes at 300°. Reserve hot.
For the plate, place the enchiladas in the middle of an oval or round plate and garnish with, pico de gallo, cilantro, and Cotija cheese. Enjoy!
