Directions
- For the salad, shave thin the red onion, cucumber and slice the grape tomatoes in half, mix in a bowl with salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil. Reserve chilled.
- For the fish, and fries, deep fry at 350° until done 3-5 minutes, and grill the pita bread 30-45 seconds on each side. Season fries with pepper supreme.
- For the plate, place the French fries on the bottom and assemble the gyro with tzatziki on the bottom to act as a glue for the fish and salad. Place 2 pieces of fish and top with the salad. Finish off with more tzatziki sauce and wrap with foil to serve.
