- Toast the walnuts, and rough chop them.
Combine the sauerkraut, red cabbage, shredded carrots, green apple,
dried cherries, and mayo. Season with salt and pepper, as well as 1 tsp
ground coriander. Stir together until well blended.
- Keep cold until ready to use.
Batch Notes: Don't mix this together too early because the red cabbage will make the slaw pink. Mix up for service.
