Directions
- Thaw the shrimp and remove tails. Dip the Spring Roll wrapper in water for 20 seconds.
- Lay the wrapper flat on a cutting board and arrange the ingredients in a horizontal line towards the bottom of the wrap.
- Fold in the sides and roll the wrap to the end.
- Slice into 2 inch bites and serve with Soy-Yuzu Dip.
