- Spread the pimento cheese evenly on the wrap. Layer with slices of turkey, shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and white onion.
- Roll tightly, ending seam side down. Place a little water along the seam and put seam side down on a flattop for 10-15 seconds to seal. Cut in half, and secure with toothpick garnished with two halves of a baby kosher dill pickle.
- Plate and serve with chips.
