Southern Miss Turkey Pimento Wrap

A southern classic, ready-to-use pimento cheese is layered with turkey, shredded iceberg lettuce, sliced Roma tomatoes and thinly sliced white onion, then rolled in a lime flavored wrap for a quick and easy entrée served with chips or packed as a convenient, grab-and-go offering.

Directions

  1. Spread the pimento cheese evenly on the wrap. Layer with slices of turkey, shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and white onion.
  2. Roll tightly, ending seam side down. Place a little water along the seam and put seam side down on a flattop for 10-15 seconds to seal. Cut in half, and secure with toothpick garnished with two halves of a baby kosher dill pickle.
  3. Plate and serve with chips.
