- Heat turkey sausage scramble, cheddar grits, and Alfredo sauce to an internal temperature of 135°F or higher (Serv Safe Standard = 135°F for 15 seconds). Hold hot until ready to assemble dish.
- Heat 1 Tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add spinach and garlic, cooking quickly (1-2 minutes) to wilt spinach leaves.
- Portion 4 ounces of cheddar grits into the bottom of a pasta bowl or deep plate. Top with 4 ounces of turkey sausage scramble and the drained, wilted spinach.
- Finish with creamy Alfredo sauce, grated parmesan cheese, and freshly cracked black pepper.
