- In a hot wok or skillet, sauté julienne onions & shredded short rib w/oil until edges are crispy and golden brown. Mix in chopped garlic, ginger, and scallions. Deglaze with mirin.
- Stir in Jade Mountain Fried Rice and sauté until hot. Mix in soy sauce, sriracha & sesame oil. Turn off heat and mix in julienne basil. Plate and garnish with Micro Basil.
