- Deep-fry a portion of Crispy Milanese Chicken Breast at 350°F until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F, cut in half the baguette, butter and toast on flat-top griddle until lightly browned, about 3 minutes. Spread bottom half of baguette with a portion of herb mayonnaise; top with Crispy Milanese Chicken Breast, cheese and tomato herb salad, and top sandwich with the remaining baguette half
