- For the herbs, clean and pick the herbs, wash and clean the radish, pat dry, and set aside.
- For the flatbread, brush with olive oil and grill for 1 minute each side.
- For the plate, cut the bread into strips or triangles, arrange the bread, place the herbs on the plate and add the baba ganoush. Sprinkle with paprika and drizzle with olive oil .
