- To make burger sauce, mix mustard, mayonnaise, and ketchup in a small bowl with half of the chopped pickles until well combined. Set aside and reserve for garnish.
- Portion (2) 4-ounce beef patties from chub according to the lines on the package. Season each beef patty with Kosher salt and pepper, round into a ball, then place down on flat top or skillet and set a 6” flat tortilla on top.
- Firmly press the top tortilla down using a spatula, smashing the meat until it's very thin. Cook for 1 minute, then press down on top of the tortilla again and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
- Once browned and crisp, flip the taco using the spatula. Top with American cheese and melt.
- Remove from heat and top with burger sauce, then layer with tomato, lettuce, red onion, and garnish with remaining chopped dill pickles and fold into a taco and enjoy!
