- For the avocado, with half of the avocado mash in a bowl with lime juice and reserve. With the remaining half slice and save for plating.
- For the garnishes, slice the radish, egg, chop the cilantro, and slice the bread into ½ inch slices. In a pan sear the bread slices in avocado oil and reserve.
- For the plate, place the crema on the plate and top with the 3 pieces of seared bread. Top with the mashed avocado and the roasted corn layer the sliced egg and avocado on top. Garnish with the radish, cilantro, cotija cheese, and more of the avocado oil.
