- For the brisket chili, bring up to heat according to the directions on the package. Reserve hot.

- For the plate, layer the tortilla chips on a ½ sheet pan ladle with the brisket chili, then add queso and shredded cheddar cheese. Garnish the top with the onions, tomatoes, jalapeños, and chopped cilantro. Enjoy!
