Directions
- Brew tea: 1 tea bag per 4 ounces of water. Steep for 5 minutes. Firmly (but carefully) press tea bag(s) to extract all remaining tea. Reserve.
- To a cocktail shaker, add ½ cup of chamomile tea, yuzu juice, Champagne vinegar and fill halfway with ice. Stir until chilled.
- Strain into a martini glass and place a slice of blood orange garnish on top of the drink.
