- For the pork char siu, grill or cook on the flattop. Reserve hot when cooked.
- For the slaw, in a bowl combine the cabbage, carrot, red onion, and cilantro. In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, lime juice and zest, season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix the slaw together right before you serve.
- To assemble, heat the tortillas and begin building the tacos. Put the char sui in the tortilla and top with the slaw, garnish with the chili crisp, 3 tacos per order.
