Get ready to rock the culinary scene in 2024 with a mind-blowing fusion of chocolate and dragon fruit flavors. This ridiculously simple tart will have you drooling over its heavenly combination of white and dark chocolate mousses, perfectly complemented by the juiciness of fresh, sweet fruit. And if you really want to make a statement, why not go all out with a vibrant display using two different colors of dragon fruit? Get ready to wow your taste buds and your guests with this effortlessly trendy treat!

Directions

  1. In a stand mixer, combine dark chocolate mousse mix, 8½ fluid ounces of milk, and dragon fruit syrup. Once mixed, transfer the mixture into a piping bag with a round tip, and refrigerate for two hours.
  2. Using a stand mixer, combine the white chocolate mousse mix with the remaining milk. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag equipped with a fluted tip and let it refrigerate for two hours.
  3. Slice the dragon fruits in half lengthwise and separate the flesh from the skin. Next slice one half of each fruit into thin half moons. Slice the other half of dragon fruit into thicker slices and cut out small hearts.
  4. Arrange three pink and three white dragon fruit slices alternately around the outer edge of the tart shell.
  5. Complete the presentation by placing the dragon fruit hearts on the top and serve promptly.
