- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the whole milk, heavy cream, powdered sugar, hot honey, and cinnamon sticks until small bubbles appear around the edges. Do not allow the mixture to boil.
- Remove saucepan from the heat. Remove cinnamon sticks. Stir in the chocolate until melted, returning the sauce to low heat if needed for the chocolate to completely melt.
- In a mixing bowl, add cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla bean seeds. Starting slowly, whisk ingredients together. Increase speed until cream forms stiff peaks.
- Ladle hot cocoa into desired serving mug. Dollop whipped cream on top. Garnish with cherry, and crispearls.
